Description
The Infernus 150cm two-layer heated gantry gives you 2 heated tiers in a 150cm footprint, each with 4 overhead heat lamps, so you can hold more plates and dishes hot without taking up more counter space. At 150cm it suits long passes and buffet counters in busy kitchens.
Each tier has its own switch and its own 13A plug lead, so you only heat the tiers you need on a quieter shift. The open design keeps food easy to reach, and the stainless steel frame wipes clean. It suits restaurant passes, carveries, takeaways, canteens and buffets.
