High Speed Ovens

High speed ovens cook and reheat food to order in a fraction of the time of a conventional oven, using fast-moving hot air and radiant heat, with microwave energy added on some models. Both ovens here are ventless, so no extraction canopy is needed, and they plug into a standard 13A socket.

They suit cafés, coffee shops, kiosks and bars serving toasties, paninis, pizza, pastries and hot snacks. Demonstrations at your premises are available on request.
