The Lincat CiBO is a compact fast oven that cooks, toasts and reheats fresh and frozen food in under three minutes. Paninis, toasties, pizzas, wraps, pastries and hot snacks come out with proper colour and crunch, so you can widen your menu without a full kitchen.
It combines three heat sources (convection, a top grill and a heated base) to cook food evenly with the texture and browning customers expect. It is ventless, so no extraction canopy is needed, and it runs from a standard 13A plug. That makes it a strong fit for cafés, bars, kiosks, event caterers and mobile food businesses where space and power are limited.
The touchscreen uses clear icons, so staff of any skill level can use it with very little training. Six cooking programmes come pre-set, and you can save your own recipes so every item comes out the same. Choose from five front finishes to suit your counter: black, champagne, merlot or teal glass, or stainless steel.
