You can pay MobCater by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), by bank transfer, with buy now pay later over 3 to 24 months, or in 3 monthly payments if you are a UK limited company. Orders over £1,000 can also be spread with lease finance.

Ways to pay
Cards, bank transfer, buy now pay later and Pay in 3 are chosen at checkout. Lease finance and international orders start with a quick enquiry.
Debit or credit card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Pay at checkout on a secure payment page run by our card processor.
- Your card details go straight to the processor. We never see or store them.
- Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
Bank transfer (BACS)
Pay straight from your business or personal account.
- Choose "Direct bank transfer" at checkout and place your order.
- Use your order number as the payment reference.
- We send your goods once the payment has cleared in our account.
Buy now pay later (PayL8r)
Spread the cost over 3 to 24 months with PayL8r.
- Choose "Buy Now Pay Later" at checkout and apply online.
- For UK residents with a regular income, on orders from £50. Subject to status.
- Use the calculator to see what your monthly payments would be.
Pay in 3 (limited companies)
Split the cost into 3 monthly payments, powered by iwocaPay.
- Choose "Pay in 3" at checkout and apply online in a few minutes.
- For UK limited companies, on orders from £150 to £15,000. Subject to approval.
- We dispatch as normal once your application is approved.
Lease finance (orders over £1,000)
Spread the cost of bigger equipment over time.
- You buy the equipment and pay for it in monthly instalments.
- Available on orders over £1,000, subject to status.
- This is finance to buy, not rental. We do not rent or hire equipment out.
Paying from outside the UK
International bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.
- Email us the products you want and we send a pro forma invoice.
- Pay by international bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT on the invoice).
- You arrange collection with your own courier or freight forwarder.
Paying by bank transfer? Our bank details never change by email. If you get a message saying they have, do not pay it. Call us on 01923 559 077 to check first.

What payment methods does MobCater accept?
You can pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), by bank transfer, with buy now pay later from PayL8r, or with Pay in 3 if you are a UK limited company. Orders over £1,000 can also be paid for with lease finance.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard, debit and credit, at checkout.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose "Direct bank transfer" at checkout and use your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch your order once the payment has cleared.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, three ways. Choose buy now pay later at checkout to spread the cost over 3 to 24 months with PayL8r, subject to status. UK limited companies can choose Pay in 3 at checkout to split the cost of orders from £150 to £15,000 into 3 monthly payments. On orders over £1,000 you can also apply for lease finance and pay monthly.
Do you rent or hire out equipment?
No. Lease finance means you buy the equipment and spread the cost. We do not rent or hire machines out.
Do you accept PayPal?
Not at the moment. You can pay by card, bank transfer, buy now pay later, Pay in 3 or lease finance instead.
Do you offer buy now pay later?
Yes. Choose "Buy Now Pay Later" at checkout to apply with PayL8r and spread the cost over 3 to 24 months, subject to status. Try the PayL8r calculator first to see your monthly payments.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on mobcater.com include UK VAT.
Is it safe to pay by card on your website?
Yes. Card payments are taken on a secure payment page run by our card processor. Your card details are never stored on our website.
Can I pay from outside the UK?
Yes. Email sales@mobcater.com with what you want to order and we will send a pro forma invoice to pay by international bank transfer.
