Description

The Lincat Silverlink 600 ESLR9C/SPH is a single-phase electric oven range for care homes, smaller pubs and restaurants. Six 1.5kW hotplates sit above a powerful 4kW fan-assisted oven for even, consistent cooking.

Each plate has a six-position control, plates cut power automatically if a pan boils dry or is removed, and the fully pressed and sealed hob is easy to clean. Double-insulated doors and panels improve safety and efficiency, and castors at the rear let you pull it out to clean. Needs a hardwired electrical supply fitted by a qualified electrician.
