Description
The Lincat Silverlink 600 BS4W holds sauces, gravy, soups and pre-cooked food safely at serving temperature for up to two hours. It is a good fit for takeaways, restaurants and mobile caterers, and it plugs straight in.
Four 4.5-litre (8-pint) round stainless steel pots are included, and the adjustable thermostat lets you set the right holding temperature. It works as a wet bain marie and can also be used dry.
