The Infernus 90cm heated gantry keeps plated meals and dishes hot under 2 overhead heat lamps while they wait at the pass or on the counter. At 90cm it is the most compact gantry in the range, for smaller passes, counters and food trailers.
The open design keeps food easy to reach during service, and the stainless steel frame wipes clean. It suits restaurant passes, takeaways, cafés, canteens and serving counters.
