The Infernus 35cm gas griddle is the smallest in the range: a full commercial flat-top in a 350mm-wide footprint, for catering trailers, kiosks, cafés and breakfast counters where space is tight. Cook burgers, eggs, bacon, steaks, wraps and vegetables.
Choose a steel plate (INF-35GG) or a chrome plate (INF-35GGC). Chrome radiates less heat into the kitchen, releases food more easily and wipes clean faster.
A horseshoe burner spreads heat evenly across the 347 x 400mm cooking area, with piezo ignition and a flame failure device that cuts the gas if the flame goes out. A removable fat drawer and wide drain hole make cleaning quick. Supplied for LPG with a natural gas conversion kit included; it must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
