The Parry PGG7P is a 750mm-wide countertop gas griddle for kitchens and catering units that cook the same things all day: bacon, eggs, onions, burgers and steaks. It suits burger vans, catering trailers, cafés and takeaways that need more plate than a 600mm griddle gives.
The 10mm polished steel plate is split into two zones with their own burners and thermostats, so you can hold onions low on one side while burgers sear on the other. The thick plate holds its heat when you load it with cold food, and a removable fat drawer at the front keeps cleaning quick.
Choose LPG/Propane (PGG7P) or Natural Gas (PGG7). Piezo ignition and a flame failure device on each burner come as standard. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
