Description

The Infernus INF-E50 is the compact model in the Infernus Premium heavy-duty electric griddle range, built for cafés, food trucks and bistros that want professional plate thickness in a small footprint.

Its 12mm solid steel plate is noticeably heavier than a standard griddle plate, which is what gives it fast heat recovery when a full load goes down. The 3kW element heats up quickly and automatic constant temperature control keeps the plate where you set it through service.

The stainless steel body has a removable grease trap for quick cleaning, and the unit runs from a standard 13A plug — practical for trailers and small kitchens.

Steel or chrome plate. This griddle is also available with a chrome cooking plate (model INF-E50C): choose Stainless Steel or Chrome above. Chrome radiates less heat into the kitchen, so the cooking area stays cooler, food releases more easily and the plate wipes clean faster. Power, size and controls are the same on both.
