The Infernus INEG-75 is a 750mm commercial electric griddle for restaurants, cafés, takeaways and mobile catering units that need a wide plate without a hardwired supply. It gives plenty of room for burgers, bacon, sausages, eggs and vegetables at the same time.
The plate is split into two independently powered 2.5kW zones, 5kW in total. In quieter periods you can run just one side and save power; at peak both sides work together across the full width. An adjustable 50-300°C thermostat gives precise control for different menu items.
It runs from two standard 13A plugs, making it a practical option where a larger hardwired electrical supply is not available. The stainless steel body has an overheat safety thermostat, a removable fat and oil collection tray and non-slip rubber feet.
