Infernus Electric Griddle 50cm – Steel or Chrome Plate, 3kW 13A

Description

The Infernus INEG-50 is a compact commercial electric griddle for cafés, food trucks, market stalls and takeaways where counter space is tight but the griddle still has to work hard. At 500mm wide it gives a useful cooking area in a small footprint.

The 11mm steel plate is thick enough to hold its temperature when you load it with cold burgers, bacon or sausages, so you keep cooking rather than waiting for it to recover. A 3kW element and a 50-300°C thermostat give you the range for everything from eggs to seared steaks.

It runs from a single standard 13A plug, which makes it easy to use in trailers, pop-ups and kitchens without a dedicated supply. The stainless steel body has an overheat safety thermostat, a removable grease collection tray and non-slip rubber feet.

Steel or chrome plate. This griddle is also available with a chrome cooking plate (model INEG-50C): choose Stainless Steel or Chrome above. Chrome radiates less heat into the kitchen, so the cooking area stays cooler, food releases more easily and the plate wipes clean faster. Power, size and controls are the same on both.
