Infernus griddles for burger vans, food trailers, cafés and takeaways. The LPG range runs from 50cm to 120cm and is our best-selling griddle line, with the 100cm the most popular size for busy vans.

Gas or electric? LPG griddles work anywhere you can take a gas bottle, which makes them the usual choice for mobile catering. The heavy-duty 20mm plate griddles in 60, 90 and 120cm are built for high-volume service and come set for natural gas with an LPG conversion kit. If you have mains power, the electric griddles run from standard 13A sockets, and many come with a choice of steel or chrome plate. Chrome sticks less and is easier to clean.
