The Parry UGC8P is a heavy-duty, 800mm-wide lavaless chargrill built for constant use in takeaways, kebab and grill shops, restaurants and canteens. It gives burgers, steaks, kebabs, chicken and vegetables real chargrill marks and flavour without the mess of lava rock.
Four powerful burners are shielded so food residue cannot block them, and each half of the grill has its own control, so you can run one side hard for searing and the other gentler for holding. The grill plate height adjusts, the reversible V grids drain fat away from the food, and removable drip trays plus a grid removal tool make the daily clean quicker.
Choose LPG/Propane (UGC8P, 25.7kW) or Natural Gas (UGC8, 26kW). Piezo ignition and flame failure protection come as standard. It must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
