Description
The Infernus 120cm hot cupboard and gantry gives you a heated cupboard for plates and trays, a flat heated top to stand dishes and pans on, and a two-tier overhead gantry with heat lamps to keep plated food hot on the pass.
The cupboard thermostat runs from 30 to 110°C, each gantry tier has its own switch, and overheat protection is built in. It moves on lockable castors with a push handle. The 120cm width suits restaurants, hotels, canteens and event caterers.
