Description
The Infernus 90cm three-layer heated gantry gives you 3 heated tiers in a 90cm footprint, each with 2 overhead heat lamps, so you can hold more plates and dishes hot without taking up more counter space. At 90cm wide it is the smallest three-tier model, giving the most holding space for its footprint.
Each tier has its own switch and its own 13A plug lead, so you only heat the tiers you need on a quieter shift. The open design keeps food easy to reach, and the stainless steel frame wipes clean. It suits restaurant passes, carveries, takeaways, canteens and buffets.
