The Parry NPDF is a 600mm-wide twin-tank countertop electric fryer: two independent 9-litre tanks side by side, so you can fry chips in one and fish, chicken or anything battered in the other without the flavours mixing. It suits takeaways, pubs, cafés and catering trailers on a mains hook-up.
Choose your power. The NPDF3 (2 x 3kW) needs no hardwiring: each tank has its own 13A plug. The NPDF6 (2 x 6kW) and NPDF9 (2 x 9kW) recover heat faster for busy services and are hardwired on single or three phase.
Each tank has its own thermostat and safety cut-out, a lift-out control panel and element, and a front drain tap. Baskets, batter plates and lids are included.
