Description
The Lincat Silverlink 600 DF33 is a compact counter-top fryer that plugs straight in and fries up to 12kg of chilled chips an hour from a 300mm-wide footprint. It suits cafés, pubs and catering units that need a dependable extra fryer.
A deep cool zone below the element collects crumbs and debris so the oil lasts longer, and the elements hinge up for cleaning. The fully moulded stainless steel tank and nickel-plated basket are built for heavy daily use, with front-mounted controls and a safety top-temperature cut-out.
