Description

The Lincat Silverlink 600 J12 gives you two independently controlled fryer tanks in a 600mm free-standing unit, producing up to 52kg of chilled chips an hour. Run chips in one tank and fish or chicken in the other.

Each tank has a deep cool zone to extend oil life and hinged elements for cleaning, and an internal drain-off tap makes oil changes straightforward. Controls are front-mounted for safety. With 12kW in total it can be wired single or three phase. Needs a hardwired electrical supply fitted by a qualified electrician.
