Description

The Infernus INF-EF10L2 gives you two 10-litre tanks in one free-standing unit, each with its own 6kW element and thermostat. Run chips in one tank and fish or chicken in the other with no flavour transfer, or idle one tank in a quiet spell to save oil and power.

Heavy-duty stainless steel throughout, with power and heating indicators per tank, overheat safety protection and an integrated storage cupboard underneath. Supplied with two heavy-duty fryer baskets.

With 12kW of combined output the fryer is hardwired on a single-phase supply. That is a big load for one circuit, so have your electrician confirm the supply before you order.
