Description

The Lincat Silverlink 600 J18 is the higher-powered version of the J12, with 2 x 9kW elements producing up to 60kg of chilled chips an hour. It is built for fish and chip shops, pubs and restaurants with a heavy fried menu.

Two independent tanks each have a deep cool zone and hinged elements, and an internal drain-off tap makes oil changes simple. Front-mounted controls keep the operator away from the oil. It can be wired single or three phase. Needs a hardwired electrical supply fitted by a qualified electrician.
