The Pitco SG14TS gives you two completely independent frying tanks in one compact floor-standing unit — fry fish in one and chips in the other with zero taste transfer, or hold one tank in reserve for busy periods. Each tank has its own Solstice burner system with a millivolt thermostat, thermo-safety pilot and high-temperature limit switch, so each side heats, recovers and drains on its own. Pitco’s blower-free atmospheric design keeps recovery fast and the working environment cooler, and the stainless steel tanks carry a 10-year warranty.
