Description

The Infernus INF-161FS is the single-tank partner to our twin-tank INF-162FS: a free-standing 16-litre electric fryer for kitchens and catering units that want floor-standing capacity without the footprint of a twin. At 334mm wide it slots into a gap most fryers won’t fit.

A 3kW element with an adjustable thermostat and automatic temperature cycling holds the oil at the set temperature, so you are not riding the dial through service. The indicator light shows when the element is heating.

A front-mounted drain valve makes oil changes safe and controlled, and the enclosed stainless cabinet keeps spare oil and baskets to hand. Overheat protection and dry-burn prevention are built in. Supplied with a fryer basket.
