Description

The Infernus INF-162FS is a free-standing twin tank electric fryer for operations that have outgrown a countertop unit. Two 16-litre tanks, each with its own 3kW element and thermostat, give a 6kW combined output and let you run two products at once without flavour crossover — chips in one, fish or chicken in the other.

Because each tank is controlled independently you can drop one to idle between rushes and keep the other at service temperature, which saves both oil life and electricity. Automatic heat cycling holds the set oil temperature rather than letting it swing, which is the difference between crisp and greasy on a busy Friday night.

The cabinet base is stainless steel with twin doors, giving you storage under the fryer and a stable, easy-to-clean installation. Each tank has its own drain valve for controlled oil changes, and overheat and dry-burn protection are built in. Supplied with two fryer baskets.
