The Parry NPSF is a 300mm-wide, 9-litre countertop electric fryer for cafés, pubs, takeaways, kiosks and catering trailers on a mains hook-up. It fries chips, fish, chicken, seafood and doughnuts, and the stainless steel tank and head wipe clean easily.
Choose your power. The NPSF3 (3kW) needs no electrician: it plugs into a standard 13A socket and cooks up to 14kg of chilled chips an hour. The NPSF6 (6kW) and NPSF9 (9kW) recover heat faster for busier services, cooking up to 20kg of chilled chips an hour, and are hardwired on single or three phase.
The control panel and element lift out for cleaning, a front drain tap empties the oil, and a safety thermostat cuts the power if the oil overheats. A basket, batter plate and lid come with it.
