The Infernus INF-E50 is the compact model in the Infernus Premium heavy-duty electric griddle range, built for cafés, food trucks and bistros that want professional plate thickness in a small footprint.
Its 12mm solid steel plate is noticeably heavier than a standard griddle plate, which is what gives it fast heat recovery when a full load goes down. The 3kW element heats up quickly and automatic constant temperature control keeps the plate where you set it through service.
The stainless steel body has a removable grease trap for quick cleaning, and the unit runs from a standard 13A plug — practical for trailers and small kitchens.
