The Lincat PO69X is the wide version of Lincat’s countertop pizza oven, with a 750mm wide chamber so you can bake more side by side. It suits cafés, pubs, takeaways and canteens, and bakes deep pan, thin crust, fresh dough, part-baked and frozen pizzas as well as ciabatta, naan, garlic bread, lasagne, pies and pastries.
A firebrick base gives crisp, even bases, and the top and base are controlled independently. A thermostat and temperature gauge hold the heat accurately up to 400°C, and a 20 minute audible timer keeps bakes on track. Fully insulated doors keep the heat in.
The baking chamber is 750 x 545 x 175mm. It runs on a single phase 2.9kW supply (12.6 amps). A floor stand is available.
