The King Edward Pizza King PK2W stacks a heated display on top of two pizza ovens, so you can bake two pizzas at once and keep finished ones hot and on show. It suits busy cafés, pubs, takeaways and catering units that sell a lot of pizza from a small footprint.
Each oven has a 15 inch square cordierite stone with its own heating element and its own thermostat from 50°C to 350°C; King Edward quote about 2 minutes for a fresh pizza and 4 minutes from frozen. The display has its own temperature control, and the ovens are lit while they cook.
The interiors are easy-clean stainless steel. It needs two standard 13 amp sockets. Choose black, red or stainless steel. Made in Britain by King Edward.
