The King Edward Colore is a compact countertop pizza oven for cafés, bars, takeaways and catering units that want stone-baked pizza without a big oven. It sits on a 520mm wide footprint and plugs into a standard 13 amp socket.
A 15 inch square cordierite stone with its own heating element gives a crisp base, and the thermostat runs from 50°C to 350°C. King Edward quote 2–3 minutes for a fresh pizza and about 4 minutes from frozen. The oven is lit while it cooks, so customers can watch their pizza.
Inside is easy-clean stainless steel with a removable crumb tray. Choose black or stainless steel. Made in Britain by King Edward.
