The King Edward Pizza King PK2 stacks two pizza ovens in one countertop unit, so you can cook two pizzas at once or run the decks at different temperatures. It suits busy cafés, pubs, takeaways and catering units that sell a lot of pizza from a small footprint.
Each oven has a 15 inch square cordierite stone with its own heating element and its own thermostat from 50°C to 350°C. King Edward quote about 2 minutes for a fresh pizza and 4 minutes from frozen. Both ovens are lit while they cook.
The interiors are easy-clean stainless steel. Each oven has its own plug, so the PK2 needs two standard 13 amp sockets. Choose black, red or stainless steel. Made in Britain by King Edward.
