The Infernus INF-HEP220 is the high-capacity model in the countertop range: two chambers, each with a 500 x 500mm refractory stone, for two 20″ pizzas or several smaller ones at the same time. Each deck has its own controls, so one can bake while the other holds or runs hotter.
Both decks reach 350°C, with internal lights and fire-resistant glass windows for checking the bake without opening the doors. The cabinet is insulated stainless steel with heat-resistant handles.
Despite the twin decks it draws only 3kW and runs from a standard 13A plug, a convenient choice where a larger hardwired pizza oven is not practical.
