The Lincat PO49X is a countertop pizza oven for cafés, snack bars, pubs, takeaways and canteens. It bakes deep pan, thin crust, fresh dough, part-baked and frozen pizzas, and also handles ciabatta, naan, garlic bread, lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies, pasties and pastries.
A firebrick base gives crisp, even bases, and the top and base of the oven are controlled independently. A thermostat and temperature gauge let you hold the heat accurately up to 400°C, and a 20 minute audible timer tells you when a bake is done. Fully insulated doors keep the heat in and the outside safer to work next to.
The baking chamber is 550 x 545mm. It runs on a single phase 2.9kW supply (12.4 amps). Two can be stacked, and a floor stand (POFS) is available.
