Description

The Lincat Silverlink 600 DF66 gives you two independently controlled fryer tanks on the counter, producing up to 24kg of chilled chips an hour. Run chips in one and fish, chicken or sides in the other. Lincat recommend it for mobile operations as well as cafés, pubs and restaurants.

It comes with two cables and two standard 13A plugs, one per tank, so there is no specialist wiring. Each tank has a deep cool zone to extend oil life, hinged elements for cleaning and a front drain-off tap. The fully moulded 304 stainless steel tanks and nickel-plated baskets are built for heavy daily use, with front-mounted controls and a safety top-temperature cut-out.
