The Infernus INEF-10V is a 10-litre countertop electric fryer with a built-in oil drain tap: the feature that makes the difference on a fryer you empty every day. It runs from a standard 13A plug, so it works in a café, takeaway or catering trailer without specialist wiring.

A 3kW element with an adjustable thermostat holds a steady frying temperature, with a high-limit safety thermostat as back-up. The element lifts out of the tank for cleaning, and oil-level markers show the correct fill.

Stainless steel body, bakelite basket handle, crumb rack, and power and heating indicator lights.
