How to choose the right machine

1. How many cups a day?

Count the drinks on your busiest day, not an average one. Up to 75 a day: the Jetinno JL30 or Jetinno JL31B. Up to 200 a day: a JL37 or JL38. If you are close to 75, go up a size; the bigger machines have dual pumps and a larger brewer, so the queue moves faster at peak times.

2. Fresh milk or powdered?

Fresh milk makes the best lattes and cappuccinos, and the JL37 and JL38 fresh-milk models do cold milk drinks too. It needs someone to keep the milk fridge filled and clean. For unattended or self-service sites, the powdered-milk Jetinno JL37C and Jetinno JL38C have nothing to keep chilled.

3. One coffee or two?

The JL38 has two grinders and two bean hoppers, so you can offer a house blend and a decaf, or a dark and a lighter roast. The JL37 has one grinder for a single signature coffee. Every model also has a ground-coffee chute for the occasional decaf.

4. Plant milks or hot chocolate?

The A-S3 models (Jetinno JL37A-S3 and Jetinno JL38A-S3) add a manual steam wand for oat, soya and other non-dairy milks, plus two powder canisters for hot chocolate. The C models also have two powder canisters.

What is included in the price

  • Delivery to UK mainland
  • Installation by qualified engineers, to the water and power supplies already in place at your site
  • Programming and commissioning on site
  • A staff demonstration so your team can use and clean it from day one
  • 12 months on-site parts and labour warranty: an engineer comes to you
  • The 4-litre milk fridge and milk container on every fresh-milk model

What you need on site

  • Power: a single-phase 220–240V supply. The JL30 is rated 1.7kW, the JL31B 2.85kW and the JL37 and JL38 3.1kW. No gas or three-phase needed.
  • Water: the JL30 and JL31B can run from their own tank or a mains feed. The JL37 and JL38 are best plumbed into mains water, with an optional 8-litre tank.
  • Space: 300mm wide for the JL30 and JL31B (490mm deep, 548mm high), 312mm wide for the JL37 and JL38 (608mm deep, 670mm high). Leave room beside it for the milk fridge on fresh-milk models, and clearance above to refill the beans.
  • Water treatment: recommended to stop limescale. Add a unit when you order, or use your own.

Before the visit, the engineers ask for photos of the water and electrical supply where the machine will go, so the installation goes right first time.

Who they suit

Petrol stations and convenience stores

Customers serve themselves from the touchscreen, so a proper coffee is on sale without tying up staff.

Offices and workplaces

Café-quality coffee for staff and visitors, with everyone making their own in under a minute.

Hotels and B&Bs

Fast, consistent drinks through the breakfast rush, and a self-service option for lounges.

Cafés, care homes, gyms and showrooms

Anywhere that wants good coffee without training a barista: the same drink every time, at the press of a button.

Bean to cup or a traditional espresso machine?

A bean to cup machine trades some hands-on control for speed and consistency: anyone can use it, and every drink comes out the same. A traditional espresso machine gives a trained barista more control and suits coffee-led cafés and mobile coffee vans. Our guide to semi-automatic, automatic and bean to cup machines compares them side by side, and our full coffee machines range covers both.

Questions we are often asked

What is a commercial bean to cup coffee machine?

It is a fully automatic coffee machine that grinds whole beans for every drink, brews the shot and froths the milk itself. Staff or customers choose a drink on the touchscreen and it makes an espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte or flat white the same way every time, with no barista skills needed.

How much does a commercial bean to cup coffee machine cost?

Our Jetinno range runs from £2,549 for the JL30 to £5,769 for the JL38A-S3, including VAT. Every price includes delivery, installation, commissioning, a staff demonstration and a 12-month on-site parts and labour warranty, and the fresh-milk models include the milk fridge.

How many cups a day can they make?

The compact JL30 and JL31B are built for up to 75 cups a day. The JL37 and JL38 models have dual pumps and a larger commercial brewer, and are built for up to 200 cups a day.

Is installation included?

Yes. Qualified engineers install, program and commission the machine at your site and show your staff how to use and clean it. The 12-month warranty is on-site parts and labour, so an engineer comes to you.

Should I choose fresh milk or powdered milk?

Fresh milk gives the best tasting milk drinks and suits sites where staff can keep the milk fridge topped up and clean. Powdered milk (the JL37C and JL38C) suits unattended and self-service sites, because there is no fresh milk to keep chilled.

Does it need to be plumbed in?

Not always. The JL30 and JL31B run from an internal water tank (2 litres, 8 litres optional) or a mains connection. The JL37 and JL38 are best on a mains water connection, with an optional 8-litre tank. All of them run on a single-phase electrical supply, with no gas or three-phase needed.

Do I need water treatment?

We recommend it to protect the machine from limescale. You can add a water treatment unit when you order, or use your own. Our guide to coffee machine water filters and softeners explains why it matters.

Can I lease a commercial bean to cup coffee machine?

Yes, as lease finance: you buy the machine and spread the cost. It is available on orders over £1,000, so every Jetinno machine qualifies. We do not rent machines out. See our leasing page.

How long does it take to get one installed?

Around 7 working days from order for the machine. The engineers then contact you, ask for photos of the water and electrical supply where it will go, and book the installation as soon as it is available.
