Staff room, kitchen or reception?
- Staff room or kitchen: the usual spot for an office coffee machine. A worktop with a socket nearby, room for the milk fridge beside it, and clearance above to refill beans.
- Reception: the JL31B’s large touchscreen makes it easy for visitors to serve themselves.
- No plumbing? The JL30 and JL31B run from an internal tank (2 litres, 8 litres optional). For heavy use a mains water connection saves refilling.
- Water treatment: recommended to stop limescale. Add a unit when you order, or use your own.

What size coffee machine does my office need?
As a rough guide, allow about two drinks per person on a working day, plus visitors and meetings. Up to 75 drinks a day (roughly 30 to 35 people), the JL30 or JL31B will cope. Above that, choose a JL37 or JL38, built for up to 200 cups a day.
Is it better to buy or lease an office coffee machine?

What is the best coffee machine for a staff room?
For a staff room serving up to about 30 to 35 people, the Jetinno JL30: only 300mm wide, fresh milk, and it can run from its own water tank if there is no plumbing. For bigger teams, choose a Jetinno JL37B or Jetinno JL38B, built for up to 200 cups a day.
Does an office coffee machine need plumbing in?
Not necessarily. The JL30 and JL31B can run from their internal water tank (2 litres, 8 litres optional), so they can go where there is no water pipe. For heavier use, a mains connection saves refilling. The JL37 and JL38 are best on mains water.
Can it make decaf and oat milk drinks?
Yes. Every model has a ground-coffee chute for decaf, and the JL38 has two grinders, so decaf can sit in its own hopper. For oat, soya and other plant milks, the Jetinno JL37A-S3 and Jetinno JL38A-S3 have a manual steam wand.
How much maintenance does it need?
Automatic cleaning programmes look after the brewer and milk system at the press of a button. Someone needs to refill the beans and milk, and empty the grounds bin and drip tray, which takes a few minutes a day.
Is installation included?
Yes. Qualified engineers install, program and commission the machine and show your team how to use and clean it, with a 12-month on-site parts and labour warranty.
