The Jetinno JL31B is the step up from the JL30 for customer-facing counters and busier peaks. Its dual thermoblocks and dual pumps brew coffee and texture milk at the same time, so back-to-back orders come out faster. The price includes professional installation, commissioning, staff training, a 12-month on-site parts and labour warranty, and the 4-litre milk fridge.

The large 10.1″ Android touchscreen gives customers a clear, attractive drinks menu and space for your own recipes. It grinds fresh beans for every cup and froths real milk automatically, so cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites come out the same every time with no barista needed.

It is still only 300mm wide, runs from its own water tank or a mains feed, and can drain the drip tray to waste.

How installation works

• Our engineers contact you to arrange the visit and ask for photos of the water and electrical supply where the machine will go.
• Lead time is around 7 working days from order. The engineer installs, programs and commissions the machine, then shows your staff how to use it.

What you will need

• Coffee beans: the hopper holds 1.2kg, roughly 120 single-shot drinks per fill at around 10g a shot.
• Fresh milk: kept chilled in the included 4-litre milk fridge.
• Water: the internal 2-litre tank (8-litre optional) or a mains connection.
• Power: 220–240V single phase, 2850W. No gas or three-phase supply.
• Space: 300mm wide, 490mm deep and 548mm high for the machine, plus room beside it for the milk fridge and clearance above to refill the beans.
• Water treatment: recommended. Add a DSU 5-litre unit with the tick-box above (£239), or use your own.

Day-to-day running

• Automatic cleaning and rinse programmes keep the brewer and milk system clean with a button press.
• The grounds bin holds about 50 used coffee pucks, so empty it roughly every 50 drinks on a busy day.
• Real-time diagnostics flag faults on screen, and the 12-month warranty covers on-site parts and labour.
• Optional WiFi / IoT remote monitoring shows machine status, sales and maintenance alerts from anywhere.

Questions we are often asked

Can I install it myself?
No, and you don’t need to. Installation, programming and commissioning by a qualified engineer is included in the price. These machines have to be set up on site by a qualified engineer.

What do I need to have ready?
A suitable electrical supply and, if you want it plumbed in, a mains water connection where the machine will go. The engineers will ask for photos of these before the visit.

Does it come with a milk fridge?
Yes. The 4-litre milk fridge and milk container are included.

How quickly can it be installed?
Around 7 working days from order for the machine, then the engineers book the installation as soon as it is available.

Do I need water treatment?
We recommend fitting a water treatment unit to protect the machine from scale. It is not included in the price: tick the box above to add a DSU 5-litre unit for £239, or use your own.

How many drinks a day can it make?
Jetinno recommend it for up to 75 cups a day, which suits an office, showroom, reception or small café.

Can it make iced or cold milk drinks?
No. The JL30 and JL31B froth hot milk only. Hot and cold milk is a feature of Jetinno’s larger JL37/JL38 models.

Can customers pay at the machine?
Yes. It is compatible with MDB, QR-code and cashless payment systems for unattended self-service. The payment hardware is separate.
