The Jetinno JL38C is a high-capacity bean to cup coffee machine for busy offices, hotels, cafés, convenience stores and self-service locations, recommended for up to 200 cups a day. This version has two coffee beans to choose from and a powdered milk and chocolate system, so there is no fresh milk to store. The price includes professional installation, commissioning, staff training and a 12-month on-site parts and labour warranty.

Customers or staff choose from 30+ drinks on a large 10.1″ touchscreen, and the machine grinds, brews and textures milk automatically, so every espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte and flat white comes out the same with no barista. Dual boilers and dual pumps keep drinks coming quickly at busy times.

How installation works

• Our engineers contact you to arrange the visit and ask for photos of the water and electrical supply where the machine will go.
• Lead time is around 7 working days from order. The engineer installs, programs and commissions the machine, then shows your staff how to use it.

Questions we are often asked

Can I install it myself?
No, and you don’t need to. Installation, programming and commissioning by a qualified engineer is included in the price. These machines have to be set up on site by a qualified engineer.

What do I need to have ready?
A suitable electrical supply (3.1kW) and, if you want it plumbed in, a mains water connection where the machine will go. The engineers will ask for photos of these before the visit.

Does it need a milk fridge?
No. This model uses powdered milk from its soluble canisters, so there is no fresh milk to keep chilled.

How quickly can it be installed?
Around 7 working days from order for the machine, then the engineers book the installation as soon as it is available.

Do I need water treatment?
We recommend fitting a water treatment unit to protect the machine from scale. It is not included in the price: tick the box above to add a DSU 10-litre unit for £323, or use your own.

JL37 or JL38?
The JL37 has one grinder for a single signature coffee. The JL38 has two grinders and hoppers, so customers can choose between two coffees, for example a house blend and a decaf.
