The Infernus Essentials HEG-818 is a compact 55cm flat-top electric griddle for cafés, takeaways, snack bars and small commercial kitchens that want a reliable griddle at an entry-level price. It is the smallest and most affordable griddle in the Infernus electric range.

A 3kW element heats the flat plate evenly, and a single adjustable thermostat lets you set the temperature for what you are cooking — eggs and pancakes at the gentle end, burgers and bacon at the top. The front grease channel runs into a pull-out drawer, so fat is kept off the plate and out of the way during service.

The body is stainless steel with a compact 550 x 430mm footprint, so it fits on a back counter or in a small trailer where a larger griddle would not. Being part of the Essentials range, it is designed as a straightforward, dependable workhorse rather than a heavy-duty high-volume unit.
