The Blue Ice Spaceman T34C is a high-output twin twist, pump-fed pasteurising soft serve machine, producing up to 420 servings per hour (80g). Twin twist gives three dispensing options – left handle for flavour one, right handle for flavour two, and the middle handle for a swirl of both. The air pump and agitator whip air into the mix for a lighter, fluffier product and more portions per litre, while the built-in pasteurisation (heat-treatment) cycle makes it ideal for frozen yoghurt as well as ice cream and sorbet, holding the mix safely for overnight storage. With twin 1.2L freezing cylinders, digital microprocessor control and stainless-steel construction, it suits high-volume cafes, dessert bars and frozen-yoghurt outlets.
