The Blue Ice Spaceman S60 is a freestanding floor-standing twin-twist (two flavours plus a swirl of both) soft serve ice cream machine, gravity-fed and producing up to 550 servings per hour (based on an 80g serving). Twin twist means two freezing cylinders – left handle for flavour one, right handle for flavour two, and the middle handle for a swirl of both. Built in robust stainless steel with digital microprocessor control, rapid freeze-down and a standby mode that keeps the mix fresh during quiet periods, it is ideal for cafes, dessert bars, takeaways and mobile catering.
