The Blue Ice Spaceman T28B is a countertop single-flavour soft serve ice cream machine, gravity-fed and producing up to 360 servings per hour (based on an 80g serving). It features twin motors, twin compressors, air pump and agitator for extremely high output. Built in robust stainless steel with digital microprocessor control, rapid freeze-down and a standby mode that keeps the mix fresh during quiet periods, it is ideal for cafes, dessert bars, takeaways and mobile catering.
