The Blue Ice Spaceman S70C is a high-output freestanding twin-twist (two flavours plus a swirl), pasteurising soft serve machine, pump fed and producing up to 720 servings per hour (80g). Twin twist gives three dispensing options – two flavours plus a swirl of both. It features air pump, agitator, twin 3.2L cylinders and built-in pasteurisation (28-day cleaning cycle). The built-in pasteurisation (heat-treatment) cycle lets the machine hold mix safely for extended cleaning intervals. Built in stainless steel with digital microprocessor control, it is ideal for busy dessert bars, high-street sites, leisure venues and multi-site operators. Note: this model needs a 3-phase electrical supply.
