The Blue Ice Spaceman T34B is a high-output twin twist, gravity-fed pasteurising soft serve machine, producing up to 420 servings per hour (80g). Twin twist gives three dispensing options – left handle for flavour one, right handle for flavour two, and the middle handle for a swirl of both. Its built-in pasteurisation (heat-treatment) cycle makes it ideal for frozen yoghurt as well as ice cream and sorbet: the mix is held safely so you can keep product in the machine overnight and cut waste. With twin 1.2L freezing cylinders, digital microprocessor control and robust stainless-steel construction, it suits busy cafes, dessert bars, frozen-yoghurt outlets and mobile catering.
