Description

The Blue Ice Spaceman S68C is a high-output freestanding single-flavour, pasteurising soft serve machine, pump fed and producing up to 450 servings per hour (80g). It features air pump, agitator and a 3.2L cylinder, with built-in pasteurisation. The built-in pasteurisation (heat-treatment) cycle lets the machine hold mix safely for extended cleaning intervals. Built in stainless steel with digital microprocessor control, it is ideal for busy dessert bars, high-street sites, leisure venues and multi-site operators. Note: this model needs a 3-phase electrical supply.
