The Lincat Lynx 400 pizza oven lets even the smallest café, kiosk, bar or catering unit bake proper pizza. It is just 530mm wide and plugs into a standard 13 amp socket.
A firebrick base gives a crisp, authentic base whether you cook fresh dough, deep pan, thin crust, part-baked or frozen pizzas, up to 14 inches. The top and bottom elements are controlled separately, the oven reaches 400°C, a temperature gauge on the front shows the heat, and an 18 minute timer keeps bakes on track.
The stainless steel design wipes clean easily. Choose black, red or stainless steel.
