The Infernus 150cm pass-through hot cupboard and gantry is built for the handover between kitchen and service. The heated cupboard opens from both sides, so the kitchen loads plates and trays from the back while front-of-house serves from the front.
Above it, a two-tier gantry with heat lamps keeps plated food and dishes hot at the pass. The cupboard thermostat runs from 30 to 110°C, each gantry tier has its own switch, and overheat protection is built in. It moves on lockable castors with a push handle. At 150cm it suits open kitchens, carveries, buffets and banqueting lines.
