The Infernus INF-HEP216 doubles your pizza capacity without doubling the counter space. Two cooking chambers, each with its own 400 x 400mm refractory stone and its own controls, stack in a 560mm-wide body, so you can bake two pizzas at once or run the decks at different temperatures.
Each deck reaches 350°C, with an internal light and fire-resistant glass window so the bake can be checked without opening the door. Triple-armoured heating elements and an insulated stainless steel cabinet are built for daily commercial use.
The whole oven draws 3kW and runs from a standard 13A plug, which makes it a practical twin deck for trailers, pubs and takeaways without a hardwired supply.
