Description
The GB5000HL AS is the auto-start version of GearGB’s 5 kVA LPG generator. Connect it to an inverter or AMF panel and it starts and stops itself as power is needed — no one has to be there to turn a key. It delivers 3,500W continuously with 4,000W on peak from a Honda GX270 engine at 230V.
Features & Benefits
- True auto-start — takes a 2-wire start signal from an inverter or AMF panel and runs on demand.
- AVR included as standard on this model, so output is clean enough for tills, card machines and refrigeration.
- 3,500W continuous / 4,000W peak at 230V single phase.
- Honda GX270, 270cc, with low oil-level alert.
- Runs on propane only — roughly 1.2 kg/h at continuous output.
- 71 dBA at quarter load, 7 metres.
- Ideal for off-grid solar and battery setups that need a generator to top the bank up automatically.

- This is an LPG-only machine — it does not run on petrol.
- Transport wheels and lifting hook are optional extras.
- Supplied with the LPG regulator and hose. Gas cylinder not included.
