The Blue Ice Spaceman T28C is a countertop single-flavour soft serve ice cream machine, pump-fed and producing up to 360 servings per hour (based on an 80g serving). It features built-in pasteurisation. Built in robust stainless steel with digital microprocessor control, rapid freeze-down and a standby mode that keeps the mix fresh during quiet periods, it is ideal for cafes, dessert bars, takeaways and mobile catering.
